The Martin Agency was named Adweek’s U.S. Agency of the Year for a second year in a row. The trade publication noted client wins such as Terminix and Sabra, as well as 15 percent growth in net new and organic revenue. More on the recognition here.

Martin is the third agency in the history of the nearly 40-year-old award to win back-to-back years. It also received the recognition in 2009.

Martin released its latest spot for Geico. The clip features characters from mobile game Angry Birds and is part of the insurance company’s “Bundling Made Easy” campaign, which has previously featured other animated characters such as Animal from The Muppets and Yogi Bear and Boo-Boo.

Whittington Consulting was hired by Presbyterian Senior Living, a Pennsylvania nonprofit providing retirement and senior care services at 30 locations across the Mid-Atlantic. Work will include managing paid digital and social media ads.

Whittington was hired by Cultivate Advisors, a Chicago-based business advisory firm, for assistance with HubSpot marketing software. Michigan-based Covenant Eyes also hired the agency for HubSpot consulting and marketing support.

Local photographer Cade Martin shot images for an Arnold Worldwide campaign for Progressive Insurance. The dream-like images promoting the company’s small business insurance include the tagline, “Keep Living the Small Business Dream.” Martin collaborated on the images with Fedde Souverein at Amsterdam-based Luminous Creative Imaging.
